1 cup (180g) ice cubes
3/4 cup (178.5g) cream, heavy whipping
2 tbsp (25g) 'Swerve' or other sugar equivalent ( Buy Now)
1 tbsp (5.38g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp (2g) vanilla extract
1 dash (1g) salt
1. Blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and sugar-free chocolate syrup, if desired. Enjoy!
Notes: To give a fuller flavor, you can freeze almond milk or coconut milk into ice cube trays and use this. Can also use almond milk/coconut milk instead of cream, for a non-dairy chocolate shake!
